Absolutely the best. The comfortability factor is off the charts in here. No pressure, sound advice, great selections. I also want to mention they were 10k cheaper (yes, for real) than another commercialized flooring store. We were able to take samples home and match them up to our settings. We had the floors installed and they are fantastic. Absolutely a pristine job done by the installers and fast. I want to give a shout out to Rich who assisted us with the home visit for measurements and just being a person who makes you feel like ur thoughts matter on a big purchase. Can't say enough about how well we were treated and cared about during this whole process. Highly, highly recommend AFC... always. Great job AFC and Rich for making us feel important in a world where it's hard to come by.

Our experience with AFS, specifically Gabe and team at the factory store, was great from day 1. This was our first experience with new flooring, and he did a great job explaining which options were best for us based on having pets, etc. During the home visit, Gabe very correctly identified that we had a lot of issues with our subfloors that needed to be addressed in order to ensure that our new flooring wouldn't be marred by old issues. It also eliminated almost all of the obnoxious noise coming from our ~40 year old floors! For the install plan, Gabe/AFS did all the coordinating with the floor repair subcontractors - who did a PHENOMENAL JOB! - and the plumbers who identified and fixed some issues, as well. We were so impressed at how well all these moving parts worked together! Even with some setbacks re: a missed subfloor issue in the bathroom and a materials mix-up, we still finished on time and under budget! Every individual who entered our home was friendly and respectful of our space. They took time to explain what they would be doing and kept us updated throughout the process. Gabe even personally helped me move some furniture back into place on the last day of the job! I would 1000% percent recommend America's Floor Source - especially if you can work with Gabe and team - to anyone looking to upgrade/replace their floors!

After 12months of trying to work with America's floor source to purchase and install carpets throughout our Forest park home , along with 4trips with my contractor each and every time to resellect carpet (that had been sold after being paid for) & 9 months to install wrong carpets in 2 rooms, after repeated calls to Doug our salesman & Store Manager Tom and a final attempt to corporate complaints after receiving a very threatening phone call message., I am still waiting..today. I have 9 dogs,a 94 disabled veteran& a 95 yr old wheelchair sister!. After discussions with manager after 3months - no resolutions,, up to C.O.O. - over a week ago ,then again ,yesterday to try to find a remedy ,to get 2 rooms fixed with my actual selected carpet with the original contract pricing- fixed & the 7 remaining rooms scheduled. After much ado, including 2 weeks ago threats made by salesman by phone, 4 repeated calls to manager and contacting the corporate officer -COO, who himself made the promise for email confirmations have been unfulfilled as of today..12/2/21. I am still awaiting ..the written COO'S verifications & response. Unfortunately, I am now "stuck" with ivory carpet that I neither had ordered or selected/approved was installed incorrectly on Sept.9,21. The salesman and manager were both notified by phone on that morning,afternoon by messages. My carpet ordered had been paid for on 20 Dec.2020 was not installed.! Regrettably any chance or Hope, the job as (originally priced in Dec.2020) contracted & measured completely will ever be finished, is GONE.!

We didn't buy enough tile from the outlet. We thought there was little hope of getting more to match. But Todd, and Jason (at warehouse) went above & beyond to find more more!! TY so much! Highly recommend America's Floor Source.

We actually went to the retail store, not the outlet. After much searching for vinyl flooring for our mid-century home, we found the perfect flooring. Our salesperson was very helpful and gave us a discount. He took the time to go over options like the different kind of padding... When they came to measure they did a very good job, too. Our installers were OUTSTANDING. I realize that we wanted something that wasn't the most popular, and we're thrilled that we got our vision.
