The build site was kept orderly and totally cleaned at both the end of the work day and the completion of the project. The project was completed in a timely basis and within the cost estimates. Olias and his team did a great job on resurfacing our upper deck and remodel of our kitchen. They kept us up to date on start times, cleaned up every day before they left and were so easy to work with. Couldn’t be more pleased! My husband and I decided we wanted to move forward with finishing our basement about a year ago. Basement was completely unfinished originally. Contacted the company to get a quote and received a prompt email response from the contractor's wife. I did feel like I did my due diligence by contacting other companies as well. Decided to move forward with BB due to the fact that they were most interested or excited to create a music studio soundproof/deadening room. We also did a full bathroom, wet bar and living room area. I will say the most important thing to us the entire time was the quality of work/craftsmanship and we were in no way let down by that. Everyone who worked in our basement definitely took pride in their work and it showed by how beautiful the basement turned out and everything we asked for, we got. A lot of time went on behind the scenes to figure out the best way to soundproof/deaden a room, I know the contractor spoke with the manufacturer of the music door company multiple times to make sure he had everything just so. Really appreciated the effort and detail that went into that. My husband can play his drums and I can hear myself think! LOL. Project began mid January and was completed beginning of July so roughly six months. While there were some timeline setbacks out of their control (we received two damaged cabinets that took weeks/months to finally get corrected from a local home improvement store). The first six weeks there were two people working, then the rest of the project was mostly just one person working. I do feel the project took much longer than anticipated even if the first cabinet would have been delivered intact. That being said, everyone was very pleasant and respectful of our property throughout the entire project. Since it was in our unfinished basement it didn’t seem to cause much disturbance to our daily lives. There were random hiccups throughout the project but I’d assume that’d any home renovation/large scale project would also. We have yet to decorate the basement even though it’s been complete since July but it is in fact exactly what we asked for, so maybe I’m just not ready to cover up the walls with anything else just yet. Brothers Builds did an amazing job on my paver patio. I had no idea what I wanted other than an area to have a firepit. The first company I hired messed up terribly, and brothers build came to the rescue. Olias did the design and had me go see samples of the product before ordering. They completed the job on time and within budget. I will be using this company again for other projects I have planned!

Brothers builds replaced flooring for kitchen dining area living room and 2 bathrooms. It is perfect. They also fixed some insulation and duct work. We are so happy with the results and with their professionalism. Very nice men to have in your home

BROTHERS BUILDS IS OUTSTANDING!! I'm so HAPPY with their work! We compared several other companies but half of them didn't even show up to give our estimate. And, other companies had very high pricing & kept postponing. The last company we used to do our paver steps, did such a horrible job that it started falling apart just a yr later! (A horror story on its own & $2600 down the drain!) Anyways- Brothers Builds fixed that too!! They were quick, very fair priced & experts at everything they do!! They are a small local company, which you can tell bc they take alot of PRIDE in their work & truly care about their customers!! Search no further! BROTHERS BUILDS WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU & DO IT RIGHT!!
