We had a great experience with CAP Restoration after a water leak flood our living room and the crawl space below it. Corey was very responsive and everyone we worked with was polite and helpful. They completed the work on the schedule they gave us and explained when we ran into delays obtaining materials. We are happy with the work and would recommend CAP highly.

CAP restoration did a great job. Corey came out the same day with in hours of when I had a leak at my home. To get things set up and work with my insurance come then him and Alex came out and tour out my whole kitchen down to the sub floor and also had to work in my basement in the same day. If you have any water issues at you home I would call CAP the do the work.From speed to doing the right thing for you and letting you know what and why they do things Corey and Alex is your guy. Thanks guys for a great job. They would get a 20 out of 10 from me. COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE

Excellent work on our water remediation and floor repair. Cory was a great communicator and kept us up to date on what turned out to be a difficult and complicated set of repairs. James did a great job on the floor.

Was here from jan.-may.still messed up lvp,unpainted baseboards.allstate sent back for 4 times still not right now im being ghosted.not cleared up soon getting ahold of attorney generals office/fraud dept.forgot to mention,gave 100%satisfaction survey before pulled rug up and seen the lvp.now almost sept. No calls back from perry mcatee(co owner),no return calls from berkley enviromental ins.about time for attorney advice. Update,got refund.they paintertaped crawl space door to hold down..needed.subfloor.after wonderful co.checked out hrn.made lil mistakes but always made right.agree with reviewer,yes clean up guy steve,2 thumbs up.dont know how 4.4 reviews.1 is relative.if c ould d o over again,would video all personal items.trim,stripping,door,2 moms furnature all damaged.!!!!!from moving,hiting with baseboards etc.2 mins ago updated review said 4.4 out 7.went back said 6 people 5*.something fishey! and to Cleveland forman that threatened me.said dont forget i was in your house alone for a wk.while you took dog out.bank,credit card co and locks changed.so now wha t do you got?in hindsight,would take pics of all personal property.they damage stripping when pullin off baseboards.now have half sneaky painted & half original stripping.their giving there own reviews.
