All brands of Carpet, Carpet runners, custom rugs, hardwood prefinished and finish on site, luxury vinyl tile/LVT, laminate, cork, bamboo, refinish hardwood flooring and offer some flooring repairs. This is refundable when you hire us to do the work.  This includes the entire house measured, professional advice for texture, styles, color, matching hues, suggestions of whats best for your space, and visits to a home or office. Sorry on 1 room projects this fee is not refundable

This review is long overdue! Kathy and the Carpet Ladies team helped me resolve an urgent "carpet situation" last May as we moved our daughter into her new Columbus condo. The Carpet Ladies did a great job installing new low VOC Air.O carpet by Mohawk in my bedroom and family. Constance, the Flooring Advisor, went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She is possibly the most attentive customer service person I've ever met. Kathy, the other "Carpet Lady", was also friendly and sent an installer with plenty of experience. I'm very happy with my new carpet.

The Carpet Ladies managed to do what the big retailers couldn't. We wanted to replace the bamboo floors in our house with vinyl planks. They came over, talked with us about our budget and helped us pick out a floor that would look good with our home. It was installed so fast, within our price range, and our new floors look, feel and sound great!

We have used Carpet Ladies twice for our home remodels. They are very easy to work with and love that they come to the house with the samples. The first time we used them we had them re-carpet almost our whole house and put Luxury Vinyl Tile down in the bathroom. The second time we finished our basement and had them install Luxury Vinyl Tile in the basement. We knew when we needed flooring the second time where we were going to go because of our great experience with them the first time!
