Miranda was knowledgeable, professional and has a very pleasing personality. She made the carpet experience so much easier. It took her no time to measure my 3 bedrooms, closets, hallway and stair steps. Miranda helped me to decide on the best carpet and color for my home. It was a pleasure to have her as my sales rep. The carpet installers, Johnny and Manuel, were exceptional. They arrived on time and worked for 5 hours straight with only a 15 minute break. They definitely knew what they were doing and my carpet looks really nice. They were knowledgeable and professional and they answered all of my questions. Also, the best part was they cleaned up after the job was completed.

We had carpet put in our old house by Empire. My mom had vinyl or laminant flooring put in her house by Empire. Yesterday, we had luxury vinyl put in our home we live in now. The people who came did a great job. Empire does need more trim options, but it can be painted or replaced easily. The floors look great.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. This company is a sham! We paid top dollar for quality flooring and the installers ruined it and my home. The damage is so bad I had to call my homeowners insurance and file a claim. They removed my old flooring and in the process covered every inch of my home in some type of cement type dust. While removing the grout they had no plastic up anywhere. The dust that is covering everything has grit in it, and has scratched everything while trying to clean up the mess they left. My couch still feels gritty after multiple cleaning attempts. They cut into my walls as well. And to top it all off the flooring is not installed correctly and unfinished!! There are low spots everywhere and the lvp is not connected correctly we went with a large company instead of a private contractor because we wanted quality service. I should have hired someone from Craigslist, because I feel like that is what Empire did. They were supposed to be out Wednesday to finish the flooring. I called the installer Friday to see what happened, he advised me to call the office to reschedule. I've made multiple calls to the office as well as my salesman with no contact back from them. At this point I just want the rest of the flooring that we paid for so I can hire a professional installer to finish this job

The contractors who installed the flooring were great. But the first guy who came out to measure screwed up and not enough flooring was delivered for the three rooms and stairs to be completed. We were rescheduled for the 2nd install three times over the course of 3 weeks-one time we weren’t even notified of the reschedule and we wasted an entire day waiting around for them when they weren’t even going to come. But hey, Empire discounted the $8900 order by $75 for our inconvenience. We will never use Empire again.
