Florida Tile is a true industry leader. The level of service I always receive from the staff and management at the Columbus, OH location is nothing less then superb. I need to mention Tony on delivery, phenomenal.

My wife and I ordered basic shower tile from Florida Tile well in advance of our project. We wanted adequate lead time to account for the well-known supply chain issues. Several weeks after placing our order, we called and confirmed the store had indeed received our tile, but payment would not be required until tile was picked up. Fast forward several months and our contractor is ready to install the shower tile. We called back to submit payment, only to be told that our order "was really old and we don't have your tile anymore". A call to the manager was not answered. Either they sent our tile back to a warehouse or sold it to someone else. In any case this was done without informing us at any point. Please steer clear and order directly from The Tile Bar online.

I haven't actually ordered any tile yet, but I stopped in to visit after a business trip, and had a great experience. Melissa was very helpful, very pleasant to deal with, and very knowledgeable. She took plenty of time to help me figure out what would look the best together and at no point did I feel rushed too be done, even though she had a handful of other people waiting to talk to her. Looking forward to getting my order placed in doing business with them.

Beautiful show room and excellent knowledgeable staff. I came in needing trim to finish out a particularly difficult piece of my backsplash and was directed by the interior designer in the front show room to speak with two gentlemen who are knowledgeable on the subject. Not only were they able to supply the piece of hard to find trim I needed on hand they also answered my numerous questions on how it worked and a solid solution for my problem. I will be back to this location for my next renovation.
