The install was very quick and the installers were friendly. However they did leave a bit of mess around, and sadly they did track floor glue all over the hard wood floors after they were installed. *Update* Leaving the original review, but have an addition. The installer called to inquire about whatever was tracked on the floor. They did not apologize, but instead called to clarify they didn't use glue for the job, and insinuated that perhaps I was the one who tracked the substance. From a customer service standpoint, it is not good to place blame on the customer. I asked for no monetary compensation, it was just honest feedback. Additionally, part of the floor bubbled up in an area about 2 weeks after the job. We let the chosen material acclimate more days than what the manufacturer recommended so I really can't say what happened. The installer DID come and fix the problem, which is great, but we asked them to check for more areas and they did not. To conclude, the work they did was just fine, but the customer service seems to be lacking. If I'm spending a few thousand on a product, I would like to be completely satisfied.
