I just can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was here! I bought my rug through another retailer who after three weeks told me the manufacturer had discontinued the rug. So I went here and Chris was super helpful. He found the same rug, called to make sure it was NOT discontinued, and ordered it. It came in the next week and he was able to get me on the delivery schedule for the SAME DAY!!! The guys who delivered it were on time and so nice. Even helped us get the furniture in place. I highly recommend this store for all your rug needs!

Had two one of a kind kitchen runner rugs that I wasn’t willing to part with. Menendian Rugs gave me great advice, cleaned and repaired the rugs by weaving in additional material to extend the life of the rugs I love. Ashley is excellent to work with she is patient, listens very well and is quick with responding! My wife and I come 3 hours out of town to go to K.A. Menendian;s showroom to work with their dedicated staff! She has expert knowledge of their large inventory and a great sense of design. They have helped us find many beautiful rugs for our customers!

Due to Chads professionalism and excellent advice, my 100 year old antique rug was restored . I considered cutting it down due to frayed edges. Thank goodness I did not- Chad and Matt took much time deciding what should be done. They were able to restore the beauty through their careful cleaning and hand sew the fray edges so the palace rug was originally how we had first bought. Any loose threads weaved back into the rug -you couldn’t tell where it had come undone. Beautiful! With the guidance of Ashely and Chris , I was also able to buy some one of a kind rugs for the rest of the house. Ashely, with interior design knowledge, found beautiful complimentary rugs to the antique rug we just had serviced. They took much needed time to find the right rug as Chris tirelessly went through the beautiful large assortment stack of rugs. I will never buy any rug online as they have different price points and customer satisfaction is their number one priority, you cannot make a mistake . Chad,Matt ,Ashley and Chris truly know their business and when it comes to cleaning, restoring and buying rugs, I place my money and trust in them!
