DO NOT BUY CARPET FROM THIS "COMPANY"!!! On 11/20/2023 my husband was offered carpet at a "discounted" rate from the store manager Kurt. He told us to go into the store to pay for the carpet, and then they will place the order. We went to the shop in Harrisburg, paid $500 in cash to the lady who works in there. She said the carpet would be delivered on 11/21 or 11/22. Here it is 12/11/23, and we still have NO carpet. After several calls made to Kurt requesting our money back, or the carpet...we've been getting the run around since 11/20!!! Kurt claims he cannot give us our money back. Kurt says it's going to be delivered tomorrow, but then tomorrow gets here, and the run around again. Kurt has no blocked my husband's number. We called the shop to get the number to the company who delivers the carpet, and the lady who works in the shop pretty much gave us the run around for 10 minutes and finally gave us 2 names to these warehouses where the carpet is supposed to be. I google these companies, and nothing pops up that looks legit. The reference number she gave us for our order wasnt valid with the service rep at mohawk or shaw. A whole entire month has gone by, and weve gotten the run around this whole time!! I'm in disbelief that this is happening, as we've had several people refer them for carpet. They are well known around here, but the way they've conducted business with us is absolutely disgusting. It's seeming like they're in the business of ripping people off, and playing games. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with!!! Do not waste your time, energy, or money with this sorry excuse if a company!!

The guys at Klassic Karpet did an excellent job for us. The product is high quality and the prices were reasonable. We will be doing more business with them in the future.

I am certain I have been scammed/taken for my money. So frustrating. Upon ordering new carpet for our stairs, Curtis the owner manager, strongly urged us to pay with cash so he could give us a little discount. Upon payment we had to insist on a receipt. They Said carpet should be in with in 7-14 days. Sounds reasonable. We are now looking at 11 WEEKS later. No carpet and no one will call me back IF i am lucky enough to even be able to leave a message on their always FULL voicemail. We wanted to support our local small business here in southern Columbus/ Orient- clearly this is NOT a small business anyone should support. I have found out that Complaints to the #BBB and attorney general have been filed by others, I will also be filing. Then we will be proceeding to file a small claim suit if we still have not received our carpet or our money back. Maybe the #IRS should check in on these guys. Do unto others as you want done to you is not a motto they have heard of. Get me my carpet or give me my money back. (UPDATE- we did finally get our carpet in and installed- 16 weeks after ordering and paying cash. unfortunately it was about 12 weeks past 2 large family gatherings and the bare steps looked ridiculous for way too long).

We had Klassic Karpet do the carpet for our sanctuary remodel at church. They did a great job and Curtis was great. Went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.

This company is a scam. Buyer beware! They took my money, did not finish work. Not even half done! Scammed me on the carpet I payed for. Payed for Shaw Flooring carpet, got some generic carpet instead. Caught them at their own game. Showed up late, if at all. His sub contractor Bobby is a great guy. I know he feels bad about the situation . They won't give you paperwork when you ask. This is a warning to everyone . DO NOT Deal with them! Get out while you can!
