We had Levis out today to pull carpet and replace with lvp in 3 bedrooms, as well as fix a bad transition in our kitchen from previous work with a different company. The installers were efficient and clean. They check the color with us and the direction of planks before starting. And as an added bonus, we were supposed to have someone in tomorrow morning to tack down the carpet from Levi's, but he showed up right after the lvp guys left. That was such a huge time saver for us. We will definitely be using Levi's in the future and recommending them to our neighbors. Thanks, guys!!!

We recently replaced the carpet in our home. We looked at carpet in several area stores but never found anything comparable to the quality of carpet that Levi’s 4 Floors carries. The great selection, the quality and pricing, along with the most attentive service, made this a very pleasant experience. We worked with Bill Harian at the Hilliard store. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely patient with us through the selection process. The installer also did an outstanding job. We are very satisfied that we chose Levi’s 4 Floors.

I very much appreciate the fact that even though my order was short a stair nose at pick up, it was delivered to my home several days later by staff. Additionally, I was given an additional stair nose that I wished to add to my order later free of charge for the inconvenience. Anita was very kind and communicative... great customer service!

We felt the ordering and installation went in efficently and our family room and kitchen looks wonderful. The store was bright and well equip. Our sales person, Anita Cain was easy to work with and our installers Philip and Jaun did a great job putting down our new vinyl plank floor in one day. We had a small hiccup about the amount of luan that should have been ordered. But the installers were able to rectify it on the same day of the installation with no loss of time. We came to an amiable settlement of the bill because of the luan. We feel they are a fair, reliable company to do business with and we would certainly use them again.

Dave is amazing!!! Can't say enough good things! We couldn't proceed with our downstairs flooring in the kitchen until another project we had in the works previously was completed. That previous project had one thing after another with the Contractor/Company we had hired to complete the project. Not only was Dave compassionate and understanding, he was very flexible with the schedule. While we waited for the previous project to be completed, we decided to go thru with replacing the floors in our laundry room, kids bathroom, and masters bathroom. Those floors look amazing!!! The crew who installed were professional, timely, and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use Levi's again and highly recommend this company!!!
