Michelle Rushlow5 StarAfter several unsuccessful attempts to correct a flooring problem by a local flooring company I went directly to the manufacturer- MSI. I was immediately greeted by Kathy who listened patiently to my problem and took down all the pertinent information. Within 48 hours Andy Donohue contacted me with a solution to fix my flooring. I cannot say enough positive things about Andy and Kathy. Very professional and helpful. Also the showroom is beautiful and I only wish I had been aware of it when selecting all of our choices for our new home. Great lighting and large samples to truly see what you are choosing. The staff (especially Chris) was knowledgeable, attentive (but not overbearing) and a pleasure to work with. The showroom is gorgeous.
