Cristin Bryant5 StarGreat experience! Highly recommend Six Floors Down! We had carpet installed on two floors and tile installed on the fireplace. We absolutely love how it looks! Everything about the process went smoothly and we always felt we could reach Chris, our sales person, for whatever questions or needs we had. Steve even personally consulted on the tile job to make sure it was just right. Mike, our tile guru was so helpful and really made the design look great, very artistic. We couldn't be happier! Holly Revels5 Star6 Floors Down was a wonderful to work with when installing floors for my kitchen remodel. We had an issue with the coloring with one of the floors we ordered and they handled everything really well, replacing the floor for us even though the manufacturer wouldnt. Ron D5 StarThis is a company that stands behind their work. We purchased flooring and installation of same about 8 months ago. We recently noticed a chip in one of the floor pieces. They came out and replaced the chipped piece and several around it. All done free of charge! You could not ask for better service! We also loved the choices they had for our flooring.
