Based in Kansas City, Missouri, Sutherlands is one of the largest privately-owned home improvement center chains in the United States. I have NEVER EVER seen a garden center with plants are horrible, dead and or dying. Its the beginning of SUMMER. A disgrace. Those plants have not been watered in SEVERAL DAYS. But all sales are final. do better. Water before sun up and when sun goes down!!!!! The worst garden center I have ever been to here in ColumbusWednesday 19th June 2024
Roshonda Price2 StarHave been buying plants from here since Nelson Road days. But this year was different! Bought a bunch of petunes and potting soil, for mothers day and really im left disappointed in the results of the amount of flowers that were produced! Called out to the store and inquired about the warrenty and there is none. The wave petunes only gave me 3 pots out out 12! Will not buy flowers from here, again! Not one of the purple have been seen since transplantimg from the nursery pots!Wednesday 17th July 2024

So headed to Sutherlands and found a wonderful sales associate that not only helped me find the right thing but gave me some insight to the problem I was having with the shower. Hade it fixed in 30 mins good as new. With the money I saved on the Plumber was able to up Grade. to a better setup.
